In the experiment, André Simoneton found that vegetables and fruit have highest energy vibration ranging from 6,500 to 10,000 angstrom. These foods include fresh fruit, vegetables, olive oil, nuts, sunflower seeds, coconut, soybeans, peanuts, hazelnuts and whole cereals. The second highest energy vibration food (3,000-6,500 angstrom) include cooked food, milk, butter, eggs, honey, cooked fish, peanut oil and grape wine. The next group of food with angstrom below 3,000 include cooked meat, sausage, coffee, jam, cheese and bread made from fine flour. The fourth group of food that have little energy include oleomargarine, alcohol, refined sugar and white flour.
Simoneton’s experiment made many energy theory followers believe that food with angstrom below 6,500 will reduce a person’s energy vibrations and do harm to one’s health.

Water: Tap water and many bottled water contain toxic chemical substances such as fluoride, heavy metal, chlorine and bisphenol A.
