Pavlok is the wearable device that releases a mild electric stimulus to help you break bad habits and change your life. Place the Pavlok hardware on your wrist, download the Pavlok app, choose the intensity of your zap, and then set up the module in the app. When you notice your trigger, or partake in the bad habit, such as smoking, nail beating, hair touching, eating sugar or staying up late, press the lightning bolt button on your Pavlok wristband. Then it will administer a zap and begin building the aversion. Meanwhile, you can also set personal goals, like when to get up, how much exercise to do, how many calories to intake and more. In the future, the device will send an electrical shock to your body whenever it sensors that you are misbehaving or fail to reach a goal.
