Herman Miller Remasters Aeron
Since Aeron debuted in 1994, it has been an iconic chair for its perfect ergonomics design. Now, coupling co-designer Don Chadwick’s vision with Herman Miller’s latest research, Aeron has been remastered to meet today’s needs with stronger, smarter materials, better adjustment capabilities, new finish options, and a healthier sit. It will be officially launched in the spring of 2017. Across the seat and back, eight latitudinal zones of varying tension deliver increased comfort and ergonomic support while the 8Z Pellicle allows air, body heat, and water vapor to pass through to maintain comfortable skin temperature. With PostureFit SL, adjustable pads stabilize the sacrum and support the lumbar region of the spine to mimic a healthful position. Besides, the cross-performance design means the chair fully accommodates the widest possible range of activities and postures people adopt while working.

Personalized Sauna Bed – The Nomad
Paris-based spa manufacturer Vital Tech has used its research on far infrared rays and its benefits to the body to design a compact, folding sauna-bed. The Nomad sauna bed uses infrared technology to create a cocoon of heat around the user, with four carbon panel heating zones (back, chest, legs and feet) and a heated mattress. Operators can use the Nomad to offer a personalized sauna with 36 programs, including relaxation, weight loss and cell regeneration, and even create tailored protocols. Manoeuvrable on a wheeled trolley, the bed can be moved and operated by a single person. It takes seven minutes, without preheating, to reach sauna temperature and includes a compartment for housing towels care products.
